The ceramic Santas are packed in bubble wrap, the dead Christmas tree is stacked next to the garbage cans, the snow is knee-high, the Steelers are finished, and the house is still. It has all the markings of January. So, bring on 2010. I’m ready for a year of Tiger keeping his pants zipped and Lady Gaga continuing her quest to be the next Madonna. Will this be the year I finally read more than the first chapter of John Adams? Yes, bring on 2010 because this will be the year we launch the Pittsburgh South Writers Group and I publish my novel.
